The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two cashiers and a friend stood at the counter ignoring the fact that I was in the store needing help. I approved twice. Finally after 30 minutes I actually called the store and requested someone with a key. E sent to livestock so I could get the antibiotics I needed for my animals. If I had not been in a bind then I would have taken my service to Tractor Supply. I have spent over $1,000.00 in this store this last month. Customer service is the least they could do. I will not be back.

I liked the service I get when I go there to shop. I go once or twice a week just to see what they have. Bought three of my guns from there. Gerald has been very friendly and helpful to me. Great deals on their 24 pack water as well. I am so glad they opened up in Alma. Some of the cashiers haven't been the friendliest, which is why I didnt give 5 stars.
Best customer service I've ever had as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and ask if I needed help they found what I needed and more I'll be back for sure.
