Constantly getting their mailers but they can't help me.
I strongly recommend staying away from this company. A young lady sold me a full coverage Insurance plan and about a month later I had a minor incident which involved another person's car. When the claim was made they told I had been cancelled because my direct withdrawal (that the agent convinced me to arrange) didn't go through. I found out later that she had my name wrong on my policy and therefore my bank didn't pay the payment. Which in return caused me to have to pay a ton of money in fines, restitution. This is the second time I have had bad dealings with a Statefarm agent/Insurance. There should be laws in place to protect the little people from crooked big businesses. In addition the lady was very rude, and kept me at bay from talking to anyone over her head about this. I sure hope karma pays this girl a visit.
