Waitress took too long to do her job at each step during the visit.
I have never been so disappointed as I was today at Cracker Barrel in Alma Arkansas. It took forever before a waitress came to take our drink order. Then it took a while for her to come back to take our food order . Then it took a really long time to get our which was COLD. It looked like it had been sitting awhile. I love Cracker Barrel. It's normally my favorite place to be. Oh by the way it was not crowded. I always had to wait in line for awhile to pay for our food. I will never return to that Cracker Barrel again. Glad I was only passing thru.
Our food was good and the service was good too. While waiting for family members to arrive for breakfast, we did some great Christmas shopping Cracker Barrel has some unique and different kinds of gifts. The store is big and has a great selection of gifts and seasonal items too. The working fireplace adds a touch of home and coziness to the Cracker Barrel experience.
Hostess failed to get a high chair when it was stated 2 times.
I love to eat at Cracker Barrel . The food taste so good. We always ask for Sean to wait on us. Like yesterday I had been so busy and on the way home I stopped for hot chocolate. Sean made me the best ever. He made me laugh and feel much better. Oh and I also love to shop there. Well that's enough I am a very satisfied customer.
Portion appeared smaller than previously experienced at other locations. The sides were awesome!
Overall it was a good experience, it just didn’t flow like one would hope.
I have aways liked Cracker Barrel and still do but the waiting staff needs more experience. The young waitress messed up our order and was late with getting it corrected. Management was gracious enough to compensate. Thus four stars instead of three.
Drink glass emptied twice without her noticing it until just before I asked her to fill it.
